These Booking Terms and Conditions and Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of afrojetset.org (the “Site”) and any trip, retreat, luxury travel experience, or other service booked through AfroJetset LLC (“AfroJetset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms.

3.1 About AfroJetset LLC

AfroJetset LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. AfroJetset LLC is not owned by, affiliated with, or a subsidiary of any other company and operates as its own independent legal entity.

3.2 Bookings and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on a trip, retreat, or experience. The deposit amount is listed on the applicable trip page.
• Full payment is due 90 days before the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
• Payment plans may be available and will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Prices are quoted per person in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change until a deposit is received.
• Luxury travel experiences require a minimum spend as stated at the time of inquiry.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, change of plans, or inability to travel.
• Cancellations made [Insert Number] days or more before departure will receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit, less any non-recoverable costs already committed to hotels, venues, or partners.
• Cancellations made within [Insert Number] days of departure are non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and interruption.
• AfroJetset reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a credit or refund as described in Section 3.7.

3.4 Travel Documents and Requirements

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel), along with any required visas and vaccinations. AfroJetset is not responsible for any guest who is denied entry, boarding, or participation due to inadequate travel documentation.

3.5 Travel Insurance

Travel medical insurance is required to participate in any AfroJetset trip, retreat, or experience. It is the guest’s responsibility to secure appropriate coverage before departure.

3.6 Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, and circumstances outside AfroJetset’s control. By booking a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

AfroJetset works with reputable partners and takes reasonable steps to promote guest safety; however, we cannot guarantee against all risks associated with travel, adventure activities, or conditions in the destinations we visit.

3.7 Changes to Itineraries and Force Majeure

Itineraries are planned in advance and may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, safety concerns, availability, or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, or government action.

Where changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable substitute experience. AfroJetset is not liable for costs or losses arising from such changes.

3.8 Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat fellow travelers, guides, hosts, and local community members with respect.

AfroJetset reserves the right to remove any guest from a trip, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or seriously disruptive to the group experience.

3.9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfroJetset LLC’s total liability arising from any trip, retreat, or Service is limited to the amount paid by the guest for that trip, retreat, or Service.

AfroJetset is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or missed connections.

3.10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including itineraries, brochures, photography, and written materials, is the property of AfroJetset LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from AfroJetset’s itineraries, trip designs, or marketing materials without our prior written consent.

3.11 Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or the experience of other users.

AfroJetset may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

3.12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your booking with AfroJetset shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3.13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or booking of a trip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
